With over 25 years of expertise in various medical device roles, primarily within the spine sector, Sanders brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the senior executive team.
Marc Sanders’ extensive background includes a broad and in-depth understanding of general management, business strategy, research and development (R&D), quality assurance and regulatory affairs (QA/RA), clinical practices, new product introduction, and marketing. His multinational experience, having lived and worked in five countries and being fluent in three languages, further enhances his ability to lead in a global market.
Throughout his career, Sanders has been an output-focused expert, successfully delivering over 40 CE-marked and 510(k) approved systems, including the development of associated intellectual property. He has a proven track record of transforming R&D teams and setting up company-wide innovation processes.
