Axis Spine Technologies is pleased to announce that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has awarded a contract making the Axis ALIF system available across VA facilities nationwide.

This milestone expands access to Axis’ modular anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF) solution, enabling VA surgeons to leverage intraoperative flexibility in configuring the implant to better match patient anatomy and surgical requirements. The system’s modular design supports a more tailored approach within a standard surgical workflow, aligning with the needs of diverse patient populations treated within the VA system.

“We are proud to support the VA in advancing spine care for veterans”, says Patrick McDonough, Vice President of U.S. Sales at Axis Spine Technologies. “This contract award reflects growing recognition of the value that modular, intraoperatively adaptable technologies can bring to surgical practice.”

With this contract in place, Axis Spine Technologies continues to build momentum in expanding access to its platform supporting surgeons in achieving alignment goals through precision and flexibility.
